The family email, business email & personal email addresses where
limited to 40 characters length, going over 40 characters caused the program
to go into error, this has been fixed and has now been expanded to 80
characters long to handle long email addresses. This fix means that each
database within Pastoral Care needs to be upgraded. This process will take
place after the patch has been installed as you enter each database, please
be patient, as the upgrading will take a few minutes depending on how much
data has been entered into Pastoral Care.
A new feature has been added to the Roll program. To transfer all the
people within the list box of ‘Attendance Unknown’ with either an
attendance or absent reason first click on anyone’s name within the
‘Attendance Unknown’ list then press and hold down the ‘CTRL’ key
and with the mouse pointer click on the square box beside either the
attendance or absent reason that you desire to add to the people. This new
feature becomes a great aid as you work through your roll of all the people
who have attended church and then you can attach an absent reason to all the
people remaining in the `Attendance Unknown’ list.
