Error when entering Permanent Key

Solution If you are presented with an error when entering your permanent registration key the most likely reason for this is that you are running Pastoral Care on a network and the local folders on your computer which Pastoral Care requires to operate are set to read only. Please contact your computer administrator and set the folders-

‘C:\ Pastoral_Care_11_Data’

And

`C:\ Pastoral_Care_11_Data\Local_Settings'

To Read/Write/Delete so that you can register the program to that local computer.

As a rule of thumb all folders under ‘C:\ Pastoral_Care_11_Data’ are required to be set to Read/Write/Delete for each user that logs on and uses Pastoral Care on that computer.
