Pastoral Care 10 Network Test

Solution If you are experiencing issue with getting Pastoral Care to work on your network then there is a utility that has been made available from the Pastoral Care 10.00.20 update and above that performs 14 tests, for all tests to be performed the previous test must pass so that the program can continue to perform the next test.

This utility is run by using Windows Explorer and running the file 'C:\Program Files\Pastoral Care 10\Network_test.exe'. If you are unable to resolve any of the issues using the Utility Test program then contact us via our Help Desk so that we can assist you.
